Sending & Receiving
Once your order is fully processed, we will send you a notification of its shipment to your email. By using the tracking link provided in the email, you will be able to check the current status of your order. If you haven't received the notification yet, don't worry! The process of your order entering the logistics chain usually takes from 24 to 48 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
The order was marked as delivered, but I did not find my package.
First and foremost, we recommend checking if any of your neighbors, household members, or colleagues may have accepted the package on your behalf. Sometimes, the delivery service updates the delivery status before the order is actually handed over. In this situation, we advise waiting another 24 hours. If the package still does not appear after this time, please contact our customer support. We will immediately start the process of finding a solution that satisfies all parties.
We will make every effort to locate your package. Usually, we need to obtain confirmation of delivery with your signature from the delivery service, which can take up to two weeks.
We ship our products directly from Germany. You can use the tracking link to monitor the status of your order. Please also check that the tracking notification has not been mistakenly sent to your spam folder.
Orders are typically shipped within 2-8 business days after confirmation. During major promotions, new product launches, and holiday seasons (such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Easter), it may take up to 12 business days to prepare your order for shipment.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the calculation of working days.
After your order has been confirmed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. The following delivery times apply to different countries.

Delivery times may increase during peak periods.
All orders are shipped from Germany, so there are no additional customs fees or import taxes within the EU. Outside the EU, additional costs may arise due to customs duties and taxes, which are to be paid by the recipient. In case of refusal of the parcel, the fees will still be charged and deducted from the refund amount via DHL.
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations in terms of size or style, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the order. We kindly ask you to ensure that the item is in perfect condition, has not been used, and has all its labels attached. Items with signs of use or without labels will not be accepted for return.
Please note that items with stains or traces of wear, as well as items without labels, cannot be returned.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The costs for returning the item depend on the shipping method you choose and your region. They will be deducted from the refund amount. Below are the average return costs per country and the return processing times:

Refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase. In case multiple payment methods were used, the refund will first be issued to the gift card. Please note that it may take up to 6 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
